Welcome to our online Exhibition section

In this section you can see some of our exhibitions online.

The museum has a wide range of resource material available to help supplement most of its travelling exhibitions. Material is ideal for teachers and group organisers who may wish to run activities in conjunction with an exhibition.

Travelling Exhibitions

The Peace Museum also has available thought-provoking exhibitions for borrrowing. These colourful, engaging exhibitions explore peace-related themes and are designed to be easy for individuals and organisations to borrow and set up in their own spaces. They are deal for schools, community and civic organisations.

All travelling exhibitions (excepting ‘The A-Bomb and Humanity’ exhibition) consist of laminated full-colour panels with text and illustrations.  Wall fastening can be by Blu-tak or Velcro and only takes a few minutes to put up.  Display stands are not included.

Exhibitions are mailed to the borrower in one box (which can be handled easily by one person and transported in a car).  There is no cost to borrow the exhibitions, but we do charge for the cost of mailing, which includes insurance. If borrowers can pick up the exhibitions from Bradford, there would be no mailing cost

Travelling Exhibitions include:

A Nonviolent Response to Terrorism?

A Vision Shared: Art from the History of the Peace Movement

Champions of Peace: Nobel’s Peace Prize – The First 100 Years

My Country is The World: Women Peacemakers
