Project Administrator - IMAGINE project

Salary: £19,300 full time salary, pro-rated to £11,580 for 22.5 hours per week

Application deadline: 23:59, 28th August

It is an exciting time for the team as we prepare for our new premises move, and we are now seeking a Project Administrator to join our team for the duration of the IMAGINE project! The role will be crucial in transforming our organisation and helping us to open The Peace Museum of the future.

The successful applicant will help us co-ordinate and deliver the move to new premises by liaising with suppliers, arranging the relocation of the collection, setting up the new museum office and operation, and producing regular updates on progress of all projects.

Please write a 500-word maximum cover letter that outlines your relevant knowledge and experience of working on relevant projects. Please attach a CV that includes your previous experience and fill in the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form (see below; this form is voluntary). Email your application to [email protected] by 23.59 on 28th August. Please put Project Administrator in the subject line.

Interviews will be held virtually Thursday 8th September. The interview will be question based and will take place with senior staff and trustees. Please let us know if you have any additional access needs, and we will make the proper adjustments.

If you have any questions, please contact Charlotte Houlahan at [email protected]
