Our digital collections are here!

We’re very excited to announce that you can now view some of our collections online!

Digitising our collections has been a long-term ambition of ours, and we’ve finally got the first 100 objects ready for you to see. You’ll be able to explore our brand new collections site by searching for objects, their creators, locations and more, and discover items that tell the stories of peacemaking across the world.

We’ll be adding to this catalogue into next year and beyond, with the eventual goal of making all of our over 9000 objects available to the public. This is a long-term project, but we wanted to launch the site now to keep the museum open to everyone while our physical galleries remain shut.

Visit the site now through or website, or by visiting https://www.peacemuseum.org.uk

We really hope that you enjoy the new site, and we’d love to hear from you about your favourite objects. You can email us at [email protected] or message us on social media.

This project was made possible thanks to funding from Museum Development Yorkshire and Mid Thames Quakers.
